Blyp is a startup that offers personalized, actionable insights (blyps) to small and medium-sized eCommerce store owners, helping them to grow their businesses and make sense of their data.
As Blyp's first UX writer, I provided the copy for their website and product sign-up flow. I worked closely with Blyp's founders, UX designers and data analysts to craft messaging highlighting their customer-first approach and desire to help store owners make the most of their data and better understand their business.

Blyp categories
Each blyp falls into one of three categories: informative, transformative or protective.

Store owners can access educational content like articles, a Q&A hub and a blog. I wrote titles and descriptions for the available resources and a small blurb leading to their blog.

Store owners need to link their store to Blyp so the AI-driven software can analyze their data.
